Shop Selfmade
In 2020, I launched my own business, Shop Selfmade, where I designed and sold unique gifts and homewares. I managed every aspect of the business, from product design to customer service, packaging, and marketing strategies, blending creativity with practical business skills.
Shop Selfmade achieved significant milestones, completing over 2,500 orders and earning more than 250 five-star reviews. At its peak, the business had over 1,500 highly engaged Instagram followers, showcasing my ability to connect with and cultivate a dedicated audience. In 2021, Shop Selfmade was recognised as a seller on Not On The High Street and received acknowledgment in Stylist Magazine.
Running Shop Selfmade provided invaluable experience, not only in graphic design but also in business management, customer relations, and strategic marketing. This experience demonstrated my ability to combine creative design with effective business strategies, resulting in a successful and well-regarded brand.
