Agile Ideas | Oct 2022 - Present
I'm currently a mid-weight graphic designer at Agile Ideas, a creative marketing agency focused on impactful campaigns and branding in the publishing, arts, and cultural sectors. I work closely with internal and external teams to craft brands that resonate with their target audiences and align with client goals.
Alongside my design work, I mentor a junior designer, helping them grow their skills and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment. This role has strengthened my leadership abilities and deepened my commitment to team success.

Shop Selfmade | Aug 2020 - Sept 2022
In 2020, I launched my own business, Shop Selfmade, where I designed and sold unique gifts and homewares. I managed everything—from product design and customer service to packaging and marketing. This hands-on experience gave me a well-rounded understanding of how to merge creativity with business acumen.
Shop Selfmade hit some great milestones, completing over 2,000 orders and earning more than 250 five-star reviews. With a growing Instagram following of over 1,500, I demonstrated my ability to connect with and engage a dedicated audience. The business also gained recognition as a seller on Not On The High Street and was featured in Stylist Magazine.
Running Shop Selfmade was invaluable, teaching me not only about graphic design but also about business management, customer relations, and strategic marketing.
MediaClash, Bath | Feb 2019 - June 2020
At MediaClash, an integrated media and events company in Bath, I worked as a graphic designer, playing a key role in producing assets for over 10 annual events and designing two consumer magazines. I collaborated closely with the events team and the Senior Artworker, creating everything from advertisements for local publications like Bath Life and Crumbs Magazine to unique event materials.
A highlight of my time there was contributing to all four Life Awards events, where I designed everything from table plans and programs to innovative magazine-shaped boxes for attendees. This experience sharpened my ability to deliver cohesive, visually impactful solutions for complex projects, all while maintaining consistent branding.
